1. Price
All furniture on this website is offered at the price shown on screen and is inclusive of VAT @ 17.5% unless stated otherwise. Payment for goods may be by secure Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Personal Cheque (made payable to: Millennium Projections Ltd 27 Poplar Close, Nottingham NG4 1HF), or Postal Order. We reserve the right not to accept or fulfil your order(s) at any time without issuing any reason.

Note: If you choose to pay by Credit card we will only deliver to the address the Credit card is registered to. (Note this only applies to Credit cards and not Debit cards). If this is unsuitable for you please select an alternative payment method. We reserve the right to cancel/not fulfil your order(s) at any time without giving any reason why.


2. Delivery
Please note that we only deliver to the UK Mainland.
Once we have processed your order we attempt to deliver all orders within the time frame specified in the service which you have chosen. Full details of the various services are available by viewing the delivery page. Delivery charges apply to all services except the standard 7-10 working day service which is free (except Scottish Highland Postcodes IV3-IV40, IV52-IV54, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA20-PA40, PH19-PH40, PH60 & ALL Scottish Islands).

3. Returns - Damaged and Defective Goods
If upon receipt of delivery you find that your goods have been damaged in transit please notify us immediately by calling 01159 401 995. Replacement items will then be requested and sent to you. In the unlikely event that your items have a defect i.e. missing parts, please call us to arrange dispatch of replacement parts.

4. Returns - 7 Day Cooling Off Period
You have the unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days without having to give us a reason. The 7 working days start from the day after the day that you receive the goods. We will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the goods, but not any delivery charges. Please note that you will have to pay the return delivery cost of the goods to us, which depending on the item weight may vary between £25 and £85 + VAT per item.  All goods must be unopened and in perfect condition. We unconditionally reserve the right to not refund if the goods are not returned in a suitable condition.


5. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time by contacting us via email or telephone. If your goods have not been dispatched, we will arrange for a refund to the card you used to purchase the goods. If your order has been dispatched, you will be charged for the costs of returning the goods to us which could be as much as £85 + VAT per item.

6. Privacy
We respect your privacy by the enforcement of a strict company privacy policy. We will never contact you via unsolicited email.
In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act passed into law 11 Dec 03  - We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
We conform with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998.
