Terms and Conditions

WE ONLY DELIVER TO THE UK MAINLAND. We do not deliver to Northern Island.

1. Price

All furniture on this website is offered at the price shown on screen and is inclusive of VAT @ 20%. Payment for goods should be submitted through our secure partners 'STRIPE' secure 'verified by visa' online card processing companies or by Bank Transfer. We reserve the right not to accept or fulfil your order(s) at any time without issuing any reason.

Note: If you choose to pay by ''STRIPE' secure 'verified by visa' online card processing using a 'Credit/Debit' card we will only deliver to the address which the 'Credit' card is registered to. If this is unsuitable for you select payment by 'Bank Transfer'. We reserve the right to cancel/not fulfil your order(s) at any time without issuing any reason why.

2. Delivery

Please note that we only deliver to the UK Mainland. Once we have processed your order we attempt to deliver all orders within the time frame specified in the service which you have chosen. Full details of the various services are available by viewing the delivery page. Delivery charges apply to all services except the standard 1-14 working day service which is FREE*. Some items marked 'Excluding Scotland' or 'Excluding Scotland/Collection Only' are exempt from our FREE delivery service.

3. Damaged or Defective Goods

Damaged and Defective Goods. If upon receipt of delivery you find that your goods have been damaged in transit please notify us immediately by email. Replacement parts will then be requested and sent to you. In the unlikely event that your items have missing parts, please email us to arrange dispatch of replacement parts and include any part number(s) & description of the goods.

4. Returns

15 Day Cooling Off Period. You may cancel your order within 15 working days without having to give us a reason. The 15 working days start from the day after the day that you receive the goods. We will provide a refund minus 20% for the returned goods, but not any delivery charge(s). Buyer arranges/pays return cost. All goods must be unopened and in perfect condition. We unconditionally reserve the right to not refund if the goods are not returned in a suitable condition.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time by contacting us via email or telephone. If your goods have not been dispatched, we will arrange for a refund to the card you used to purchase the goods. If your order has been dispatched, you will have to arrange/pay for returning the goods. Once we receive the goods back in perfect condition a refund minus 20% will be issued.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy by the enforcement of a strict company privacy policy. We will never contact you via unsolicited email. In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act passed into law 11 Dec 03 - We do not pass your data onto third party companies(other than suppliers of your ordered product(s)) or sell your data to third party companies. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). We conform with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998.

7. Cookies

This site does not use cookies.
